This review is a bit late, but, I finally have the time to write a thoughtful review. This past winter we had an issue with our furnace. After doing our research, we went with a fairly reputable company. The tech they sent was fairly new to the business, which was okay, as they did a good job and the price was right. We did feel that the company was pushing us to lease a new furnace and it turned us off. We also knew we were due for a cleaning at the time of the repair we had done, but just did not want to go with the company again. I did more research and found Red's Heating & Cooling. After reading through reviews, we decided to go with them and couldn't be happier. Joseph was professional, took his time doing a thorough job, was responsive and not pushy with up-selling us. This company clearly values customer service and honesty. We even had to call them out a second time and they were again, professional, honest, and delivered the best customer service that we have not experienced for some time. Companies used to be like this, but now it seems more and more companies are out to get the customer and their money. Go with Red's Heating & Cooling.
